Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise that you ordered that is in new condition including original packaging and accessories. We are only able to accept returns on items that you purchased at our store.

To return an item, please e-mail us or call us at (800) 825-3413. You will receive instructions on how to pack the item and where to send it. We would like to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Order Cancellation

To cancel unshipped items, please make a request for cancellation via e-mail. Please include your order number and the item or items that you would like to have cancelled. You may also call us at (800) 825-3413.
